Our NFC eSecurity solution gives Security organisations the ability to remotely monitor staff, effectively communicate with them, and manage patrols in real time.

The eSecurity solution enables a Security organisation to verify that the correct staff are in the correct location at a given time. The solution allows a user touch a tag at a particular location to verify that they have arrived at the location.

Pro-Active Monitoring and Compliance Enforcement

The NFC eSecurity application enables a Security company to set up various policies associated with a clients site. These policies normally form a set of formal governance associated with a security providers contract with their customers. These policies can then be enforced by using a NFC Mobile device.

A security organisation has the ability to define when a security patrol is expected at a given location. If for whatever reason the security worker does not arrive in the pre-determined time slot, the security organisation will benefit from an alerting mechanism built into the solution.

This pro-active monitoring feature of the solution gives organisations the peace of mid that they will be able to meet their service level agreements. In the event a security worker does not arrive at the correct location at the correct time, then the organisation will be alerted, and be able to take remedial action.

Comprehensive Multimedia Data capturing and Reporting

The eSecurity application gives a security company the capability to electronically generate timesheets associated with a clients contract. At the end of the month, users are able to print off individual timesheets associated with a clients site and generate invoices for the number of hours worked at a given site.

There are a number of data capture mechanisms available for the security guard who is on site. They have the ability to make electronic notes using their mobile phone. These electronic notes have the ability to be associated and automatically uploaded to the site and location tag.

A security worker can leverage the multimedia capabilities of the phone by using the voice and picture functions. If the security patrol prefers to make a voice based note, they can record a small voice clip on their mobile which automatically get uploaded to the corresponding site’s tag. Alternatively, they can take a picture and automatically upload this information for the particular site’s tag.

Learn More about NFC

What is NFC ?

Imagine using you phone in the same way you use some of your Smart Cards like your credit cards and membership passes, where you touch and go. Today Smart cards based upon RFID technology give users capabilities such as credit cards and Loyalty cards and travel cards.

How it Works

NFC is based upon Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which is a few centimetres in range.

How much does the solution cost

This will depend upon the functionality you require and the number of users deployed on the system. We envisage to beat the cost of any vendor with a similar offering.

What’s unique about Sero Solutions

We have some patented technology implemented as NFC adaptors which is used in the healthcare domain. Our technology gives different devices the capability to electronically transfer healthcare related information into a central repository which can be integrated into other external systems.

How do you integrate into existing systems

We can integrate the data collected in our systems into third party systems by exposing specific API which our customers can subscribe to. In this way our customers can integrate the information from our NFC solutions into their existing IT systems
