The Smart Questionnaire from Sero Solutions enables a service user to express their views by simply pressing some buttons on a Smart Questionnaire card. The card itself is embedded with electronics and transmits the information being collected when it is brought close to a mobile phone with the Sero eSay application with Near Field Communication capability (NFC).
Setting up questions in eSay is a simple process and done via a web interface. Service user engagement is made as easy as possible, in a portable manner, and the reporting from the solution is delivered through a number of dashboards via the web.
